Central Plaza

Historical renovation project in Downtown Temple. This building was built in the early 1920’s and sat abandoned for many years, the owner approached us to see if we could team up with him to complete the reconstruction of this old office building and converting it into a 19 unit apartment complex with retail on the first floor. We have been working on the project for about 26 months from design to completion. We are the construction managers, working with the owner’s selected General Contractor. We were responsible for project budgets, city permitting, demolition, and contract administration.
