Established in 2008, RM Rodriguez Construction, LP is a General Contracting Firm located in Temple, TX and serving communities throughout the state of Texas.  In addition to General Contracting, we provide timely and budget minded solutions including:

  • Construction Manager at Risk (CMR)
  • Pre-Construction constructability analysis.

Since our inception, we have provided general contracting and construction management services to a variety of clients in industries such as healthcare, banking, commercial office and retail development.  We have also successfully completed educational and religious facilities and large scale projects for area municipalities.  During the Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction phases, we are committed to clear and concise communication focused on providing quality outcomes.

Pre-Construction

Throughout the pre-construction phase, our experience allows us to effectively plan our customer’s projects. Communication/partnership among the team members ensures an understanding of our client’s goals and provides foundation to make these goals a reality.

Pre-construction services include:

  • Conceptual estimating to determine feasibility of projects and establish stable budgets and timelines
  • Insight into cost-saving strategies without sacrificing build quality
  • Development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
  • Solicitation of proposals from industry leading specialty contractors and contractors

Construction

Whether breaking ground on a designed project or fast-tracking construction, our team provides the leadership to ensure timely delivery within the build parameters.

Construction services include:

  • Management of all construction phases
  • QA/QC to guarantee construction is in full accordance with contract documents
  • Safety protocols
  • Tracking of necessary inspections and documentation for completion, occupancy, and operation of the facility
  • As-built documentation

Post Construction

  • Detailed inspection to ensure all requirements of the Owner and Architect were met
  • Organized close-out documentation
  • Management of the warranty period
